2. Home and work addresses.
3. Home and work telephone numbers.
4. E-mail address.
5. Social Security numbers (US customers) / Passport number or country ID number for non-US customers.
6. Marital status.
7. Government issued Photo ID with signature.
8. Financial information such as estimated annual income, net worth, liquid assets, previous trading experience and risk tolerance.
9. Banking information and principal bank references.

MG Financial Group collects your personal information only with your informed consent. MG Financial Group reserves the right to reject a customer's application if the customer refuses to provide required information.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your personal information.

MG Financial Group does not share, transfer, sell or distribute any personal information about our existing or former customers with third parties except as permitted or required by law. For example, we may share information to comply with U.S. tax laws, court orders or if requested by federal, state or local regulatory agencies. Bear in mind that phone calls with MG Financial Group are recorded, and can be used in such events, as listed above.
